2008–2009 Tuition

The tuition for all grades is $12,350. There are additional technology and activity fees. Books and uniforms vary in cost.

Enrollment

875 students in grades 9–12 attend the school. John Carroll draws from Harford, Baltimore and Cecil Counties, as well as southern Pennsylvania.

Transportation

Limited busing to the Perry Hall/Kingsville area is available. For the 2008–2009 school year there is an additional to-be-determined busing fee with a minimum ridership of 25 students. Carpools are the major means of transportation. Limited parking spaces are available for students who drive to school. Call Ms. Pyzik for additional information.

Uniforms

The dress code at John Carroll has always been an important part of the school’s effort to create an atmosphere conducive to learning. The girls’ uniform includes a black and white uniform kilt; JC banded polo shirt; and socks or tights with below-the-ankle black leather shoes. The girls’ uniform can be purchased through the school sponsored uniform company, Flynn O’Hara. The boys’ dress code includes white or yellow dress shirts; “polo” style shirts with John Carroll logo (Summer Uniform only); ties; khaki dress pants; navy or black sports coat (Winter Uniform only); a belt; and below-the-ankle-leather shoes.
