Annual Fund 2007–2008

All John Carroll students benefit in very tangible ways from contributions to the school’s Annual Fund. The Annual Fund raises dollars not restricted to any specific programs, named funds, or campaigns. It is this money that is used to fund those improvements, programs, and staff development initiatives not covered by tuition, yet so essential to maintaining the tradition of excellence in education here at The John Carroll School.

With the generous support for the Annual Fund last year, our faculty has received the latest technology in notebook computers. Each Tablet PC is capable of connecting to the new wireless network for the enrichment of each student’s classroom studies. Other technological upgrades include a new sound system in the auditorium and two new state of the art computer classrooms. Just a few of the more tangible ways your dollars are working at JC.

The Annual Fund runs July 1–June 30. Remittance envelopes can be found in the Annual Report, each issue of Connections, or by contacting the Development Office. Gifts are also securely accepted online. Please contact Director of Development with any questions you have or if you would like to personally discuss your Annual Fund contribution.

Special Gift Societies

John Carroll School is deeply grateful for all contributions and support. However, there is a special group of supporters who are especially recognized each year. John Carroll School’s Special Gift Societies recognize donor gifts above $250.00. These donors receive special thanks and recognition in many ways.

Special Gift Societies for 2007–2008 are as follows

  • Pinnacle Society ($10,000 and above)
  • Black & Gold Society ($5,000 – $9,999)
  • Archbishop Carroll Society ($2,500 – $4,999)
  • Founder’s Society ($1,000 – $2,499)
  • Patriot’s Society ($500 – $999)
  • Associates Society ($250 – $499)
