TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARENTS AND THE JOHN CARROLL SCHOOL

This contract between The John Carroll School and the parents and student named on this form is effective for the 2023–24 school year, depending on date of completion.

Transportation Payment Plans - Please select one of the following plans:

The total cost of transportation will be shared by all riders’ parents. Payment for each student’s transportation for the school year is $1,700.00 per school year for round-trip transportation or $900 for one-way only (a.m. or p.m.). Charges will be included in your tuition payment plan.

Transportation Agreement:

Parents signing this contract understand that they are obligated to make their payments regardless of how many days, weeks, or months their students ride the bus. Parents of students who have been removed from the bus for disciplinary reasons are still required to meet their financial obligations for the entire year. Behavior on the bus is to be in agreement with The John Carroll School Student Handbook. The School reserves the right to enforce the policies of the Student Handbook. Parents agree to make full restitution for acts of vandalism by a student. The John Carroll School is responsible for meeting the safety standards specified by theMaryland State Motor Vehicle Administration Rules and Regulations Governing the Transportation of School Children (11.02.06) as amended. The John Carroll School will draw up the bus routes, times of boarding and departure. Parents are to register concerns and/or complaints directly to The John Carroll School, which will be responsible for resolving the matter. Each parent will fulfill his/her financial obligation to the company. In the event that this does not happen, The John Carroll School reserves the right to deny the student’s attendance, examinations or diploma.
